Cancellation Policy

Guest Cancellation
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and marketers. The specific cancellation terms are displayed on each listing before booking.
Flexible (Full Refund)
Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of check-in.
Moderate (Partial Refund)
50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in. 25% refund 3-6 days before. No refund within 48 hours.
Strict (Limited Refund)
25% refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Marketer Cancellation
Marketers who cancel confirmed bookings may be subject to penalties, including service fees and account suspension. Exceptional circumstances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
How to Cancel
Log into your account, go to "Booking History," find your reservation, and click "Cancel Booking." Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Exceptions
In cases of medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact our support team for assistance.
